- How do I order? Simply click on the "Add To Cart" button and follow the instructions.
- How long does it usually take to process and ship an order? It
usually takes one to two business days for us to process an order
(prior to shipping it). OUTDOORSMOR works with many manufacturers and
international sources so delivery time and shipment availability may
vary from one product to another. However, the vast majority of our
merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground within THREE TO FIVE BUSINESS
DAYS OF ORDER PLACEMENT. Processing and delivery times are based on
business days which exclude weekends and holidays.
- What about backorders? Suppliers
for Outdoorsmor.com attempt to replenish their inventory if totals reach
zero. However, certain items tend to become discontinued based on the
nature of it's industry (ie watches, electronics). For most of our
merchandise, our suppliers can replenish back-ordered inventory within
2-4 weeks. In some cases, the time required is only 3-5 business days.
- What about out of stock items? We
try to make it known when something is out of stock by actually showing
that it is out of stock when you try to add the item to your cart. If
for some reason a product has recently gone out of stock and we weren't
able to update the product to the out of stock status, then you will be
notified via the email address provided for your on-line order.
- What payment methods are acceptable? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express via PAYPAL.
- Does Outdoorsmor.com charge sales tax? Only
if the products purchased are being billed to or shipped to an Arizona
address. Outdoorsmor.com is headquartered in Arizona; therefore, orders
being billed to or shipped to Arizona are subject to the state sales
tax.
- Does Outdoorsmor.com ship to P.O. boxes? No, Outdoorsmor.com does not ship to P.O. boxes.
