Because OUTDOORSMOR works with many manufacturers and international sources, delivery time and shipment availability may vary from one product to the next. However, the vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground within THREE TO FIVE BUSINESS DAYS of ORDER PLACEMENT.
Shipping costs are retrieved by placing the item in the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. The shipping prices are for the 48 contiguous United States. By default, we charge at or below UPS Ground rate fees based on product weight. You may verify this by visiting http://www.ups.com. Certain products may have shipping costs that are calculated via "flat rate".
All processing and delivery times are based on business days. This excludes weekends and holidays.
If an item is out of stock, OUTDOORSMOR notify the purchaser via the e-mail address provided with their on-line order.
OUTDOORSMOR customers must obtain a Return Authorization(RA#) before attempting to return any merchandise to Outdoorsmor. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first. Outdoorsmor will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#. To obtain an RA #, email us at email@example.com. A customer service representative will give you a RA # that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork. Please allow up to 3 business days for OUTDOORSMOR to process your request.
Return Auth # Required
OUTDOORSMOR will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA #'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REJECTED/REFUSED MERCHANDISE QUALIFY FOR A RETURN CLAIM UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY OUTDOORSMOR.
Please do NOT ship back unauthorized returns. Otherwise, the return claim may be automatically rejected and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective. Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded. Please note that payment refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement.
CLAIMS FILED WITHIN 48 HOURS
We must be informed of all damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products within 48 hours of receipt of product. Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected. All claims associated with damaged package/product in transit will result in a call tag merchandise pickup arranged by OUTDOORSMOR through its shipping carrier (i.e. UPS).
Damage claims must be filed within 48 hours after order delivery date; NO exceptions.
All return claims involving allegedly defective (non-damaged) or mis-shipped merchandise will result in the following action: OUTDOORSMOR will provide a (prepaid) return shipping label to be affixed by the end customer for shipment back to OUTDOORSMOR and/or its vendors partners. Once received, the merchandise will be inspected to determine whether order was either mis-shipped or product was defective. OUTDOORSMOR is responsible for return shipping cost if the return claim qualifies for product replacement. However, if the order was correctly shipped and returned the product is deemed non-defective, the customer is responsible for original return shipping costs incurred by OUTDOORSMOR and any additional shipping costs required to re-ship said merchandise to the end customer location.
Restocking FeesNon-defective merchandise returned to Outdoorsmor for any reason other than a product being mis-shipped, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
